- reverse flyes, two 10-lb dumbbells (x15)
- box jumps (x15)
- leg raises off end of bench (x15)
Circuit 2
- cable curls, 30 lbs (x15)
- dumbbell presses, two 20-lb dumbbells (x15)
- crab step-ups (x10)
Ab HIIT (a repeat from Sept 19, 2012)
40s work, 20s rest. Repeat the circuit 3 times.
- Plank Jacks
- Side Plank Lift (check min 3:11)
- Side Burpee
- Plank Hold
