Upper Body and Abs Day, 11/3/2014

Another quick post, just to get back in the habit!  I know — it needs more pictures/videos/links.  It’ll start coming back soon.  =)

Circuit 1

  • reverse flyes, two 10-lb dumbbells (x15)
  • box jumps (x15)
  • leg raises off end of bench (x15)

Circuit 2

  • cable curls, 30 lbs (x15)
  • dumbbell presses, two 20-lb dumbbells (x15)
  • crab step-ups (x10)

Ab HIIT (a repeat from Sept 19, 2012)
40s work, 20s rest. Repeat the circuit 3 times.
