Happy Friday everyone! To celebrate the end of this week, I thought I would put together a quick arm day. Same style at the leg day on Wednesday, but without the HIIT to finish. It’s quick, simple but designed to make you sweat. Start with the warm up, perform the circuit three times through and then end with the cool down.
Circuit
10 Pull Ups
15 Bench presses w/ bar
15 Roman Chairs with straight legs
15 Bicycles with 15lbs
15 Tricep Presses on bench with small bar +5 lbs.
15 Reverse Flies on machine

Any big plans for the weekend? I will be wine tasting in NAPA, so I needed to burn off some calories prior to drinking tomorrow.
